How do I change the screenshot frequency?

Organization owners and managers can change how frequently Hubstaff records screenshots on the settings page by navigating to Sidebar > Settings > Features > Screenshot Frequency as shown below:

Only organization owners and managers have access to modify this setting.

Step 1

Click on Settings from the sidebar, then select Features from the drop-down menu. Select the Activity tab, and then click on the Screenshot Frequency option.

Step 2

Then you can select between 1x, 2x, and 3x you want the application to take screenshots for every 10 minute period by default.

You can also have individual settings of Screenshot frequency for each team member.

Screenshots are taken randomly every 10 minutes. There’s no exact time to when the shot is taken. It can happen any time on a 10-minute range.
Screenshot resolution can’t be adjusted at this time. The image files are designed to be small enough to easily upload as long as there is a stable enough internet connection.
Screenshot capture is not supported by the Chrome extension.
Screenshot capture is not supported by Mobile devices (IOS, Android).
