Project Budgets Report

When you need to keep tabs on your resources, you can easily set a budget for each of your projects by simply following this guide.

This feature is available on Premium/Pro plans and up.

With this feature, you can keep track of how your budget is used up (it could be in terms of total hours or total costs per project). With the Project Budgets Report, it would simplify how to keep an eye on this data with just a few clicks. In this section of the reports tab, as shown below,  you’ll see how much of your budget for each project has been used.

To check the Project budgets report you’ll need to click on Reports on the left sidebar. You will then get redirected to the “Budgets and limits” tab under reports.

You can also click on the “star” icon to add the report under the Reports menu on the sidebar.

Click on Project budgets. You’ll see a list of projects with budgets set. This report will give you exact totals for budgets that had been already allocated to each project.  It’ll also show you exactly how much budget you’ve got remaining per project.

You’ll also be able to filter the report by project, include archived projects and save your current filters for future use.
