How to create a copy of a project in Hubstaff

The duplicate project feature allows you to create a copy of an existing project. This feature is useful when your organization’s workflow includes repeating projects and tasks/to-dos.

This feature also provides you the ability to choose which items to include on the copy of the project, namely:

  1. To-dos (tasks)
  2. Assignees
  3. Completed to-dos (tasks)
  4. All project members
  5. Budget
  6. Client assigned
Only organization owners and organization managers have access to this feature. To learn more about user permissions, click here.
Tasks connected to an integration (Hubstaff Tasks, Asana, Trello, etc.) cannot be duplicated.
