Can members of my organization see the screenshots of other workers?
Answer:
No. Team members cannot see others’ screenshots or activity levels unless they are expressly given that permission.
- Users – can only view their own recorded screenshots.
- Owners – can view all screenshots.
- Organization Managers – can view all screenshots when enabled.
- Team Leads – can view all screenshots recorded within the projects they are assigned.
- Viewers – can view all screenshots recorded within the projects they are assigned.
Hubstaff’s permission system controls who can see screenshots and who cannot.
