Stopping retries on a payroll payment
The Hubstaff payroll automatically retries failed payments. You can manually stop a payroll payment by going to the Financials page.
Step 1
Go to Financials > Payment records on the sidebar menu.
Step 2
Next to the payment period that you want to stop, click on the Actions drop-down, then choose Stop retries.
