In Hubstaff Talent, you can search for freelancers using the skills you require as the keyword. You can start by typing any keyword into either of the Search fields highlighted below:
You will be presented of all the results related to the keyword you used. From the search page, you will be able to apply more custom filters to specify your search:
You can also choose to display “Freelancers” or “Agencies”.
