In the event the employee manually enters time, there will be no activity level associated with that time block. The manual time activity level is not taken into account in the calculation of the user’s overall activity data in both reports and the dashboard.
For example, a user tracked 2 hours with the Hubstaff Desktop App with an activity of 80%. After that, the user added 1 hour of manual time (0% activity). The average activity for that user will remain at 80%.
