Hubstaff makes it easier for you to remove non-productive time. You can apply advanced filters to your screenshots and timesheets to view specific activity levels or time types, such as idle time.
This is particularly useful for Managers and Owners to batch remove time according to activity levels or idle time.

How to filter time tracked according to activity level
Step 1
Use the main navigation menu to browse to the relevant section. Activity levels can be filtered across the following menu sections:
Activity > Screenshots:
Timesheets > View & edit:
Step 2
Click on the Filters button, then select the activity level.
1. Mac – Command (⌘) + Left/Right.
2. Windows – Ctrl + Left/Right.
Step 3
Your view will now be filtered. For example, if you select the <40% option, all-time tracked between 0-40% will be displayed.
Visually, this is what it will appear under the Screenshots section, with that filter applied. As per below, all blocks of activity over 40% are hidden.
Similarly, this is how the filter will appear under the Timesheets section. Only periods of under 40% activity are visible.
How to batch remove time according to activity level
Screenshots
Step 1
Navigate to Activity > Screenshots, click on the Filters button then select the relevant filter you wish to view.
1. Mac – Command (⌘) + Left/Right.
2. Windows – Ctrl + Left/Right.
Step 2
To batch select all-time blocks, place a checkmark on either a specific screenshot or an entire row, then click Select All, then press the trash icon to delete the selected screenshots.
Timesheets
Step 1
Navigate to Timesheets > View & edit.
Step 2
Apply the filter by clicking on the Filters button, then select the activity level filter you wish to apply.
To batch select all time periods, tick the checkbox at the top of the timesheet.
Step 3
To delete all activity, click on the Batch actions button and choose the Delete option from the drop-down menu.
How to filter time tracked according to time type
Step 1
Use the main navigation menu to browse the relevant section. Time types can be filtered across the Activity > Screenshots or Timesheets > View & edit sections.

Click on the Filters button then select the time type you wish to view.

Your view will now be filtered. For example, if you selected the idle option, all idle time tracked will be displayed.
