Filtering by Activity and Idle Time

In Hubstaff, you can apply advanced filters to your Screenshots and Timesheets to view specific activity levels or time types, such as idle time.

This is particularly useful for Mangers and Owners to batch remove time according to activity levels or idle time.

How to filter time tracked according to activity level

Step 1

Use the main navigation menu to browse to the relevant section. Activity levels can be filtered across the Activity > Screenshots or Timesheets > Daily sections.

Step 2

Select the activity level you wish to view.

Step 3

Your view will now be filtered. For example, if you select the <20% option, all time tracked between 0-20% will be displayed only. Visually, this is what it will appear under the Screenshots section, with that filter applied. As per below, all blocks of activity over 20% are hidden.
