Customize Workflows in Hubstaff Tasks

Hubstaff Tasks provides you the capability of customizing your workflows, so you can label each workflow step based on the task’s progress across the project lists.

To customize your workflows, follow the steps below:

Step 1

To customize workflows on a project, click the settings icon on the top right corner of a list, then click the “List settings” option.

 

Step 2

Next, click the edit icon next underneath the “Workflow” label.

Step 3

You’ll see the Workflow options. You can:

  1. Change the Button Label (this is the button users will click to move a task from one list to another).
  2. Change which column the task is moved to when pressing the button.
  3. Optional: assign the card to a team member when it is moved.
  4. Click “Save.”
