Customize Workflows

Step 1

To customize workflows on a project, click the settings icon on the top right corner of a list, then click the “List settings” option.


Step 2

Next, click the edit icon next underneath the “Workflow” label.


Step 3

You’ll see the Workflow options. You can:

  1. Change the button label (this is the button users will click to move a task from one list to another)
  2. Change the column that a task is moved to when the button is pressed
  3. Optionally have the card assigned to a team member when it is moved
  4. Save your changes
