When you have new tasks or projects assigned but aren’t appearing on your Chrome app or Chrome extension, you can refresh the app to manually fetch them. Below are the steps on how to do this:
Step 1
Chrome Extension: Click on the Hubstaff icon on your Chrome browser to display the timer options.
Chrome app: Click on “Apps” on your bookmarks toolbar or type in “chrome://apps” on your browser’s URL then click on the Hubstaff for Chromebook icon.
Step 2
Click on the Refresh/Sync icon. (Chrome extension & Chrome app)
The app will then fetch the data from the servers.
