How to Get Hubstaff Log Files in Windows

You can get your Hubstaff’s log files in your computer by following these steps:

Step 1

Open the Run window (Windows key + R, or Right click the Windows button then choose Run).

windows run command

Step 2

Input the Hubstaff installation directory on the Run dialog box.

windows run appdata hubstaff command

Type

%APPDATA%Hubstaff

or

%APPDATA%HubstaffSilent

For users on the Hubstaff Silent App (requires add-on)

 

Step 3

Find the logs folder and zip/compress it so you can email it.
