On May 15, 2021, we will be discontinuing the use of PayPal as a subscription payment method. In line with this, after this date, all existing PayPal subscriptions will be deactivated.
What does this mean for you? You need to change your Hubstaff organization’s subscription payment method to continue using Hubstaff past May 15, 2021.
This specifically refers to users paying for their subscription using PayPal – team payments via PayPal will still be available.
How to transition to credit card payments
Cancel your current recurring payments to Hubstaff in PayPal by following this guide. Billing will continue when recurring payments are kept active.
Archive/cancel your current Hubstaff subscription.
Restore your Hubstaff organization and choose a new subscription plan. After cancelling your subscription, restore the organization by clicking here, where you’ll be asked to choose a subscription plan and enter your billing information.
