In Hubstaff, archiving an organization will:
- Make that organization inactive
- Cancel the subscription associated with that organization, which will stop all billing for it.
How to archive my organization (cancel my subscription)
Click on Integrations (1) from the main menu. Select Actions (2) next to the organization you wish to archive.
Confirm you wish to archive your organization (and cancel its subscription) by selecting Archive.
How to restore my organization
Click on Integrations (1) from the main menu. Select the Archived (2) tab.
Click Restore. Your organization will immediately become active again.
Please note deactivating your personal account does not cancel your organization’s subscription. You’ll want to keep in mind that your user account is separate from your organization (as the organization itself can have multiple owners). This is mentioned in the prompt to confirm your account deactivation and on the deactivation email confirmation.
